Help WINDOWS DVD MAKER WILL NOT LET ME MAKE DVDS.

Hello, I am going nuts trying to make a DVD. I follow the steps. In my video library I can see the file called "WINTER JAM VIDEOS (32)" and under the file I can see video clip highlights of all 32 videos. Yet when I go to WINDOWS DVD MAKER, click add files and locate "WINTER JAM VIDEOS" I am told the file is empty. Therefore I cannot add any files to make any DVDS. Things used to be so easy and now three hours later, I am still trying to make a DVD. Please help.

Again, in the VIDEO LIBRARY, see the file folder, yet it continually says EMPTY FOLDER or NO ITEMS MATCH YOUR SEARCH. Either way, I have the videos, I can watch them on my computer. I just cannot put them onto a DVD.

    Thank you

Windows DVD Maker only supports certain formats (.mpeg, . mpg, .avi) Maybe this is your problem....
