I have windows 7 and this was burning dvds great until the last couple days. Now when I start windows dvd maker it says to hook up a burner well my burner is internal and Ive never messed with it. It also seems to take awhile to open the tray. Ive tried using other programs to burn and they wont respond at all! Thanks for any help.
