"An Error occurred when burning the DVD"

Lately Ive been getting this message out of the blue. I haven't installed any new codecs or anything but all of a sudden it wont burn my AVI files anymore. Any suggestions on what to do here?

I'm using the latest beta of windows 7. I also have the kb963660 update error bug that people have trouble getting rid of.....I wonder if thats playing a part in this error?

Although you may not have installed any codecs intentionally [ie: specifically clicked install], it's possible the beta installed all of 'em on you and you have a codec compatibility issue now.  Presuming the beta has MovieMaker, go to tools and see what codecs are checked off.  Might be trial and error to figure out which one(s) are causing the issue, but more than likely codec(s) are causing the issue now.
