Guys I keep getting this error message:

And so I looked into the temp folder and found this message:

Can you tell me how to fix it please...

Im trying to burn a DVD at the moment. It keeps on trying to eject itself. I have to put my hand next to the tray to stop it from coming out, and stopping to burn session. I am burning a dual layer dvd, and yes its a dual layer dvd/blu ray burner.
