I have restarted the program, changed the download speed, and removed the program and redownloaded it. I have never had these problems before i have been using this program for awhil and just recently has it been messing up.

it could be the encoding on the files you are trying to use, I ran into this issue once and when I reencoded the source (again) it worked flawlessly.
