Windows DVD Maker

hi, I'm new to the forum.

I've been using the Windows DVD Maker for 3 yrs with no problem, but now I have a problem.

I'm trying to burn Youtube videos onto a dvd and using Windows Movie Maker.  I'd edit the videos using Window Movie maker  and saving it as a .MSWMM (windows movie maker project) and using the saved version to burn with Wins dvd maker.  The files varies from 30 secs to 10 minutes in length and generally I'd like to make a 1.5 hours disc. 

The problem is while creating the dvd Wins DVD maker would freeze without any message or anything indicating it had stopped.  I waited for 20minutes but there's no gain in percentage so I know it had stopped.

The edited files with this problem are mp4 video files, now, I used the exact same method with my .flv (also from YT) to burn with no problem, they burnt fine as I also edited them in WMM prior to burning, with the end result being a 1.5 - 2 hours in length.

Now, I'm stuck and I don't know what the problem is.  I really like Wins DVD maker and would like to continue using the problem.  Please help.
